1. Do you offer larger wholesale quantities than appear on your site?

Yes, we can offer larger quantities on most of our products, however we do not offer wholesale quantities for any of our branded live show merchandise. If you would like to order a large amount of stock from us, please get in touch for infomation and prices - the more you order, the lower the unit price!

2. When will my order be delivered?

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). First class delivery takes 1 - 2 working days once it has been sent. Swords and longer items such as umbrellas are sent via a courier, and take 3-5 working days. We also offer Special Delivery 1pm service for next day delivery (Monday to Friday).

3. What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order?

If unsatisfied with your order you are entitled to a full refund providing that the item is returned to us in a saleable condition. Please see our returns page for more information.
